Prepare and analyze product costing, production costs, and inventory valuation.
Monitor and control manufacturing costs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analysis, and management reports.
Review raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory records.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams regarding inventory movements and stock counts.
Perform cost allocation and analyze production variances against budget and standard costs.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to costing and inventory accounting.
Ensure accuracy of inventory transactions and costing records in the ERP/accounting system.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis related to production costs.
Support internal and external audits by preparing related documents and explanations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing accounting.
Strong knowledge of costing systems, inventory control, and accounting standards.
Experience in manufacturing business and ERP systems is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
