Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation (Core Responsibility)
Write high-quality content:

Email campaigns & newsletters
Social media content
Case studies, use-cases, and whitepapers
Translate complex AI/tech concepts into consumer-friendly narratives.
Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and product positioning.
Content Strategy & Planning
Own and manage the editorial/content calendar across all 4 AI products.
Identify storytelling opportunities, market-aligned topics, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the product marketing and GTM teams to prioritize content topics tied to ROI-driven use cases.
SEO & Performance Alignment
Work with the SEO specialist to produce keyword-optimized content.
Ensure technical SEO best practices are embedded into written content.
Monitor content performance and optimize underperforming content.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with product managers, UI/UX, sales, and dev teams to gather accurate product details.
Ensure timely content delivery and alignment with launch timelines.
Manage all publishing workflows across CMS, email platforms, and social schedulers.
Social Media & Email Execution
Write, design simple assets (with UI/UX assistance if needed), and schedule posts.
Prepare and send product updates, drip emails, and nurture sequences.
Maintain consistency across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Brand & Messaging Ownership
Maintain consistent messaging across all platforms and all AI products.
Ensure content reflects our value proposition, differentiation, and technology strengths.
Requirements:
Experience
3–6 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or digital marketing.
Prior experience in AI, SaaS, technology, or B2B software (strongly preferred).
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
Skills
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills (English).
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, conversational AI, LLMs, and tech product terminology.
Ability to interview technical teams and convert information into high-value content.
Familiarity with:
CMS platforms (WordPress etc.)
Email automation tools (Customer.io, Mailchimp)
Social scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
Basic SEO
Excellent coordination, planning, and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple product lines simultaneously

What Is Expected From This Role:
Own content end-to-end with zero outsourcing.
Be the “voice” of all four AI products in writing.
Understand the products deeply — features, tech stack, value prop, customer pain points.
Work proactively with product and marketing heads to propose ideas, not just execute tasks.
Stay updated on AI and industry trends to keep content relevant and thought-leading.
Publish content that directly contributes to pipeline growth, product visibility, and brand perception.
