Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Content & Marketing Coordinator who can plan, write, edit, and manage content across all our AI product lines. This role combines hands-on content creation , cross-team coordination , and execution across multiple marketing channels .
The ideal candidate understands AI, LLMs, SaaS, and technology trends , and can translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content for various audiences.
They will work closely with our product marketer, SEO specialist, digital marketing lead, GTM strategist, and UI/UX team
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
CMS platforms (WordPress etc.)
Email automation tools (Customer.io, Mailchimp)
Social scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
Basic SEO
Key KPIs (Performance Indicators):
Number of high-quality blog posts, emails, and social posts produced monthly.
Content accuracy score (based on internal review).
Timeliness of deliveries (meeting editorial calendar deadlines).
Engagement metrics: time on page, CTR, bounce rate.
Organic traffic growth driven by content.
Number of keywords ranking in top 10/20 positions.
Backlinks earned from high-quality content.
Conversion rate of content landing pages.
Email campaign open and click-through rates.
Growth in newsletter subscribers.
On-time content handovers to product marketer, GTM, UI/UX.
Cross-team satisfaction & communication score.
Reduction in content revisions required over time.
Consistency in tone and messaging across multiple products.
What Is Expected From This Role:
