Opportunity The Senior Compliance Analyst is a key member of the Employment and Compliance team, reporting directly to the Senior Compliance Manager. This role is responsible for supporting the organization's global compliance program by ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role focuses primarily on promoting a culture of integrity, assisting with investigations, policy development, training initiatives, analyzing compliance program data, and communicating trends. This role serves as a resource for employees and management on ethical standards and other compliance requirements.
