Senior Coder - AI Operations (Remote)

SuperAnnotate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coder - AI Operations (Sr.) Associate to lead the operational execution of complex coding projects related to our cutting-edge LLM and Gen AI data solutions for enterprise clients. This role is designed for a senior coder with a strong background in a popular programming language, who will now leverage that technical expertise to own the operational execution for complex coding projects. You will be responsible for designing coding data roadmaps and leading a large team of 100+ coder contractors to successfully deliver on these initiatives.

The candidate must be able to maintain Eastern Time working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution Leadership: Oversee and ensure the successful execution of complex coding projects by large coder contractor teams
• Operational Ownership & KPI Management: Own operational KPIs for quality, quantity, and timelines
• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, manage, mentor, and scale a large team (100+) of coder contractors. Foster a high-performance culture, ensure quality output, and implement effective communication and feedback mechanisms
• Quality Assurance Oversight: Define and enforce quality assurance protocols and best practices for coding projects
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Proactively identify and resolve operational and technical challenges within coding projects. Drive innovation in project execution methodologies and contractor management
• Collaboration: Work closely across different teams at SuperAnnotate

Qualifications :

• 7+ years of coding experience in one or more popular programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript)
• 3+ years of technical project management experience
• Demonstrable expertise in software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and debugging
• Solid understanding of large language models (LLMs), AI technologies, and the Gen AI landscape
• Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse, remote workforce
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in challenging, fast-paced scenarios
