About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize our core financial systems. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure NetSuite is configured, maintained, and enhanced to meet evolving business needs. This role combines systems expertise, process knowledge, and analytical problem-solving to drive efficiency, data integrity, and scalability.

What you'll do

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration and configuration.
Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes (GL, AR, AP, billing, revenue recognition).
Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBilling and system integrations preferred.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
SaaS or subscription-based business model experience strongly preferred.
