About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize our core financial systems. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure NetSuite is configured, maintained, and enhanced to meet evolving business needs. This role combines systems expertise, process knowledge, and analytical problem-solving to drive efficiency, data integrity, and scalability.
What You'll Do
System Administration & Support
Act as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for NetSuite.
Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.
Provide day-to-day support to Finance and business users, resolving system issues promptly.
Process Optimization & Automation
Analyze business processes across Finance, Accounting, and related functions.
Recommend and implement system improvements, automation, and integrations to reduce manual effort.
Partner with stakeholders to design and deploy scalable workflows, custom scripts, and controls.
Implementation & Projects
Support system upgrades, module implementations, and third-party integrations (e.g., CRM, billing platforms, payment gateways).
Collaborate with external consultants and vendors when needed.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Data Management & Reporting
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data across NetSuite and integrated systems.
Develop and maintain saved searches, KPIs, and custom reports to support decision-making.
Support monthly/quarterly close activities with system-driven reconciliations and reporting.
Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Implement controls to safeguard data integrity and system security.
