• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders (Finance, Market Intelligence and Foresight, Product, Management etc.).
• Translate business needs into data models and analytical queries that produce measurable outcomes.
• Develop and optimize data models and datasets in our data warehouse environment (Snowflake).
• Work closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure data consistency, quality, and availability across sources.
• Define and document KPIs, metrics, and business logic in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making and operational improvements.
• Contribute to the development of a central BI framework , including version control, data validation, and report automation.
• Communicate findings through clear visualizations, written summaries, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Your profile

• 5-10 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar analytical role.
• Excellent SQL skills — comfortable with complex joins, CTEs, window functions etc.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (RDBMS) and data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schema, fact/dimension tables).
• Experience with a data warehouse technology (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, PostgreSQL DWH).
• Proficiency in at least one BI visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase).
• Solid grasp of data validation, transformation, and ETL/ELT principles .
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English; able to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have (Strong Plus)

• Python for data analysis (Pandas, SQLAlchemy, or Jupyter-based exploration).
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with modern data engineering concepts (data lakes, orchestration, medallion architecture).
• Knowledge of basic statistics , A/B testing, or data storytelling techniques.
• Exposure to APIs, JSON data , or automation of data extraction tasks.
