We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in UAV, aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, tender portals, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, and partners.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the technical and tender teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and government policies to identify opportunities.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in business development / sales (experience in aerospace, defense, or technology sector is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and proposal drafting abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research platforms.
