Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the sales area to achieve annual sales targets.
• Identify, generate, and pursue project sales opportunities, customer acquisition and development.
• Build solid and trusting relationships with key clients, manage communication, and resolve issues.
• Define and implement growth and price strategies, negotiate contracts, and establish performance timelines.
• Analyze client data, provide feedback to the company on market opportunities, trends, and improvements.
• Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
• Define and implement growth and price strategies, sales targets, sales programs, and key initiatives for the product within the territory to improve client results.
• Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
• Follow up all quotes and enquiries and keep them updated in the CRM system Sales Force.
• Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
• Provide feedback to the company regarding market opportunities, trends, competition, applications, product improvements etc.
• Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders.
• Work with the private sector as well as public sector business units in various industrial verticals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in BE/BTech - Electrical/IT/Computer Engineering, MBA in Marketing (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in Hardware/Software sales, with a focus on PLC & SCADA solutions.
• Develop use cases documentation based on the customer requirements.
• Experience in drafting proposals and explaining proposals.
• Previous sales experience with a successful track record is required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programs, prior experience in using CRM systems beneficial.
• Self-starter work ethic with a proven history of driving business process improvements and results.
