JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Own and manage the global partner pipeline — distributors, system integrators, enterprise clients, and technology alliances — across all target markets: Vietnam, MENA, US, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia.
- Execute outbound prospecting and account development from initial outreach through contract execution.
- Build and maintain a qualified account portfolio with ARR targets; track and report pipeline health in CRM on a weekly basis.
- Represent VinDynamics at international trade shows and industry events (Hannover Messe, GITEX, Automate, RoboDEX, ICRA, ITAP Singapore, and others).
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience. Verifiable track record of at least USD 500,000 in closed deals — this will be discussed in the interview.
- Proven international exposure: studied abroad, worked in an international environment, or sold products/services directly to overseas clients.
- Fluent English — business professional level. Able to lead meetings, negotiations, and proposals in English without support.
- Active B2B network in technology, AI, automation, robotics, or industrial sectors.
- Background in Tier-1 IT outsourcing or software services export strongly preferred

- Hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, and comfortable with cold outreach and long B2B sales cycles.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills; able to build trust with senior decision-makers globally.
- Results-driven with sharp focus on pipeline quality, conversion rate, and closed revenue.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with limited structure.
- Willing and able to travel frequently to all target markets: Vietnam, MENA, US, APAC (Japan, Korea), and Southeast Asia.
