Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Business Analyst
with
7–10 years of software project experience
to lead requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery across complex systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
BRD, FRD, SRS
, strong analytical capabilities, and proven experience working in
Agile and Waterfall environments
.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering, QA, compliance, and operations teams to deliver
scalable, secure, and compliant software solutions
.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Analysis
- Lead end-to-end
requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation
- Prepare and maintain
BRD, FRD, SRS
, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Translate business objectives into
functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform
gap analysis, impact analysis
, and root cause analysis for change requests
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
- Act as a
primary liaison
between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and design discussions
- Define scope, success metrics, and delivery milestones
- Support
release planning, change management, and production readiness
Process & Solution Design
- Analyze and optimize business processes using
AS-IS / TO-BE models
- Support solution architecture discussions to ensure business alignment
- Validate functional designs and ensure alignment with business and regulatory needs
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Lead and support
UAT planning, execution, and sign-off
- Review test cases for requirement coverage
- Support defect triage, prioritization, and resolution
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure requirements compliance with
organizational standards and regulatory guidelines
- Support audit, compliance, and documentation reviews
- Maintain documentation standards and version control

- 7–10 years of experience as a
Business Analyst in software development projects
- Strong experience in
enterprise or product-based software solutions
- Proven expertise in
requirements documentation and traceability
- Hands-on experience in
Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in
regulated domains
(Healthcare, Medical Devices, BFSI, or Compliance-driven systems)
- Exposure to
API integrations, data-driven systems, or cloud-based applications
- Certification such as
CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA
(good to have)
