Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Quận 7; THCMC for a Senior Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions. The role also includes supporting project management, conducting data analysis, and improving processes to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in requirement gathering, business analysis, and creating documentation
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in technology/software development or education-related projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
