Role Description- Senior BIM Modeler (Min Exp 3 Years)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior BIM Modeler located in Delhi NCR, Mumbai. The Senior BIM Modeler will oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, develop construction and architectural models, and coordinate with the design and project teams. Responsibilities include creating detailed construction drawings, integrating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems into BIM models, and ensuring all deliverables meet project guidelines and standards.

Atleast 3 Years of Experience

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and software
• Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Understanding of industry standards and best practices in BIM
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
