As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Research and design new product components and be responsible for the product health at production
• Providing robust, scalable, and reliable infrastructure, to meet our challenging customer needs.
• Conduct POCs, research new technologies and paradigms that may be adopted by the organization
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Scale and make the R&D group the best professional team.
• Proactively look for ways to make the system better.
• Improve efficiency across development, systems, and processes through an ongoing optimization and adoption of AI agents.

English - Professional Level (corresponding to B2 at least)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Backend development
• Excellent control of TypeScript (and JavaScript)
• Experience with microservices development
• Experience with development of SaaS products
• Experience with Postgres, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis
• Strong fundamental software engineering skills (code practices, design patterns, algorithms, data structures)
• Experienced in working with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD methodology
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Significant advantage: structured and methodical approach with AI based development (Cursor)
• Advantage: CS formal education
• Advantage: Experience with Angular 16+ (or other modern frontend frameworks)
