We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with strong experience in building scalable, secure backend systems to power Agentic and advanced AI and simulation-driven applications. You will work closely with top foundational engineers to design and implement core backend services for our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services using NestJS

  and Python (FastAPI)

  .

• Architect and optimize PostgreSQL

  schemas, queries, and indexing for high-volume transactional and analytical workloads.

• Implement caching

  strategies (e.g., Redis) and job scheduling

  for background processing, workflows, and long-running tasks.

• Build and maintain WebSocket

  and webhook

  -based integrations for real-time updates and external system connectivity.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization

  , including JWT handling

  and Firebase Auth

  integration.

• Collaborate with frontend, ML, and domain experts to define APIs and data contracts.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines

  (GitHub Actions or Jenkins) and support automated testing, linting, and deployment workflows.

• Support deployments on Azure/AWS/GCP

  , including configuration, environment management, and basic observability.

• Integrate with AI agents and ML services

  (prompt orchestration, inference APIs, workflow agents) as part of product features.

• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.

Required Qualifications
