Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer – Partner to join us at this pivotal stage.

This is not a traditional employment role. This is a technical partner opportunity for a strong backend engineer who wants to build and own part of a Big Data infrastructure in a high-potential startup environment.

You will play a key role in designing and scaling our backend systems, ensuring high-performance data processing, normalization, and API delivery for a complex, data-intensive SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable backend systems using C# / .NET
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL data models for high-volume, analytics-heavy workloads
• Build and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines from multiple live and batch sources
• Normalize, unify, and structure heterogeneous datasets into clean, query-friendly schemas
• Ensure high-performance querying and indexing strategies
• Expose unified datasets through secure and scalable REST APIs

Core Requirements

• Strong experience with C# and .NET backend development
• Strong PostgreSQL expertise (query optimization, indexing, schema design, performance tuning)
• Deep understanding of data management and data modeling principles
• Experience working with large datasets and analytics-oriented systems
• Solid knowledge of REST API design and backend scalability

What This Role Is (And Is Not) This is a partner-level opportunity , not a salaried position.

There will be no immediate cash compensation .

Instead: **You will receive equity in exchange for your contribution.

The agreed compensation equivalent will be converted into equity at 3x value.** (Example: If the agreed monthly contribution value is X, equity will be allocated based on 3X.)
