POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain mission‑critical backend systems for a regulated Securitization (ABS / VDMK) and Tokenization platform. This role carries end‑to‑end responsibility for financial transaction engines, banking integrations, regulatory‑compliant data processing, and high‑availability backend services.

Design and implement backend services covering the full securitization lifecycle (asset onboarding, pooling, tranche structuring, cash‑flow waterfalls, payment schedules)

Develop and maintain integrations with banks, payment systems, custodians, and financial service providers

Ensure transactional integrity through ACID compliance, idempotency strategies, concurrency control, and rollback mechanisms

Architect and implement scalable microservice and event‑driven architectures

Collaborate closely with blockchain, data, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless off‑chain/on‑chain synchronization

Produce high‑quality technical documentation suitable for audits, compliance reviews, and long‑term maintainability

Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and production readiness assessments

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of backend development experience in Python (FastAPI/Django) or Java (Spring Boot)
Proven experience with financial systems, banking platforms, or regulated FinTech environments
Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and transaction management
Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, authorization, and API security
Hands‑on experience with Docker and container‑based development

Experience with securitization, factoring, leasing, or core banking systems
Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Exposure to AML, KYC, and regulatory reporting workflows

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES

High level of ownership and accountability
Strong analytical and system‑level thinking
Ability to operate in regulated, audit‑driven environments
