Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and system design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Design and build scalable
RESTful APIs
and integrate with internal and third-party services.
Identify performance bottlenecks, system limitations, and technical risks; propose and implement effective solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues promptly to ensure system stability and minimal downtime.
Contribute to architectural decisions, including microservices, scalability, and security best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent hands-on experience is acceptable.
Proven experience as a Backend Developer with strong expertise in
Python/Django

C#/.NET

Solid experience with
.NET, C#, ASP.NET Core
, and Microsoft technology stack.
Strong knowledge of

, and related tools.
Hands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs in both Python and .NET environments.
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, Svelte).
Strong understanding of
object-oriented programming
, design patterns, and clean architecture.
Experience working with relational databases (
PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
) and ORMs (
Django ORM, Entity Framework
).
Proficiency with
Git
and experience working in
Agile/Scrum
environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Experience in
FinTech, investment, or financial platforms
is an advantage.
Experience building backend services for
mobile applications
using Django REST Framework.
Hands-on experience with
AWS
(VenElite’s primary cloud platform) or
Azure
.
Familiarity with
Docker, Kubernetes
, and containerized deployments.
Experience with background processing and messaging systems (
Celery, Redis, message brokers
).
Knowledge of
microservices architecture

Strong understanding of
