About The Role We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Back-end Engineer to join our growing R&D team. This is an opportunity to have a deep impact on AppWork’s product, technology, and culture through active coding, architectural designing, and solving complex technical challenges. You’ll play a key role in driving technical excellence and fostering a collaborative, high-performance engineering environment that supports our rapid growth and product vision.

This is a full-time role that is primarily remote, with occasional in-person days.

What You'll Do

• Lead by Example: Dive into the codebase, contribute to architectural design, and tackle complex challenges to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Build & Optimize: Translate business requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions while optimizing engineering processes and owning key initiatives.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Design, and other teams to align engineering efforts with strategic objectives and deliver impactful results.
