Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Back End Developer to join our team full-time. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing back-end systems, building and deploying robust software applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will work on designing efficient and scalable programming solutions to support our platform's growth and improve user experience.
What you’ll do
- Design, build, and maintain backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS
- Contribute occasionally to the frontend (Vue.js) when needed
- Work closely with product and engineering to deliver scalable, reliable features
- Improve existing systems while supporting the migration from our legacy platform
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and technical decision-making
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js in production environments
- Solid knowledge of NestJS (or similar backend frameworks)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Ability to contribute to frontend development using Vue.js
- Comfortable working with Git and collaborative workflows
- Confortable with IA tools (Codex, Cursor, etc.)
- Experience designing APIs and backend architectures
- Senior mindset: ownership, autonomy, and good technical judgment
Nice to have
- Experience with DevOps tasks (CI/CD, deployments, cloud infrastructure, monitoring)
- SaaS and/or startup experience
- Experience working on migrations or legacy system modernisation
