We are looking for a senior, hands-on B2B growth operator who can prioritize, execute, and own LinkedIn-led growth for a niche service business.

BTHT is a specialized expert network serving private equity investors and strategy consultants in healthcare & life sciences. We sell high-ticket, trust-based services. This is not e-commerce, not PLG, not mass lead gen.
We want one senior person accountable for prioritization and execution.
Mission
Your mission is simple and unforgiving:
Turn content into warm B2B conversations with decision-makers in healthcare & finance.
Not vanity metrics. Not impressions. Conversations.
Scope & Responsibilities
Draft and schedule 6 posts/week
Translate positioning into posts that:
Coordinate with Founder (voice, POV) but do not depend on him to execute.
Weekly newsletter:
Goal: brand authority + list growth, not “thoughts of the week.”
Co-create practical, high-signal lead magnets with the team:
Distribute via:
Migrate website to a simpler, faster stack
Objectives:
You don’t need to be a developer, but you must own the outcome.
Push back when something is useless
Work directly with the founder and team lead
What this is NOT Not a branding role
If someone needs a designer, copywriter, ads manager, and 3 weeks of onboarding to start → they’re out.
Ideal profile
Required
7–12+ years in B2B marketing / growth
Proven experience in:
Has personally:
Strong plus
Experience with:
Comfortable saying: “This is a waste of time, don’t do it.”
Not a junior role
Not a “strategy only” advisory mission
Not performance-marketing-heavy
