As a Senior Automation & AI Specialist, you’ll join our dedicated Automation & AI Team, reporting to our Chief of Staff. For this role, we’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, removing complexity, and using automation and AI to make teams faster, smarter, and more effective. Your work will play a key role in streamlining processes and driving scalable growth across the organisation 📈 We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, building and testing solutions themselves, and isn’t afraid to tackle technical challenges independently.
What will you do as our Senior Automation & AI Specialist?
In this role, you’ll be one of our go-to experts on all things AI and automation 🤖, working closely with department heads to map processes, uncover bottlenecks, and re-engineer workflows that scale. You’ll be hands-on in supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, helping teams embed automation and AI into their daily operations to reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and free up time for higher-value tasks 🎯 By integrating AI models and automation logic into our core go-to-market systems, such as HubSpot, and building solutions with tools like Zapier, n8n, or custom APIs, you’ll put the “work smarter, not harder” philosophy into practice and create scalable, efficient ways of working that keep our operations moving forward ⭐
