Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AEM Content Author who will be responsible for creating, editing, publishing, and managing digital content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) . The ideal candidate should be highly skilled with AEM’s Touch UI, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and DAM, ensuring consistent, accurate, and brand-aligned content across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish digital content (text, images, videos, documents) using AEM components and templates.
• Manage end-to-end content lifecycle including creation, review, approval, and publishing through AEM workflows.
• Build and maintain Content Fragments (CFs) and Experience Fragments (XFs) for reusable, scalable content delivery.
• Work extensively with AEM DAM to organize, tag, and optimize digital assets.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper display across devices and browsers.
• Apply SEO best practices (metadata, keywords, alt text) and ensure adherence to WCAG accessibility standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an AEM Content Author or similar web content role.
• Strong expertise with AEM Touch UI , components, templates, CFs, and XFs.
• Good understanding of content management principles and working with DAM.
• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and how content integrates with technical components.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
