Required Qualifications:

• B.S. or M.S. in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of experience of hands-on laboratory work (industry experience strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, and bioanalytical assays such as SDS-PAGE, UV-Vis
• Comfortable working with LIMS/ELN systems such as Benchling
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a laboratory setting
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a dynamic research setting.

Preferred Experience:

• Working knowledge of immunology and biochemistry
• Flow cytometry techniques and bead-based assays for reagent QC
