The BC&P Creative Excellence & Go To Market team is on a mission to transform marketing and become a best-in-class marketing organization through our customer-first, personalized marketing approach. We are focused on creating seamless experiences for each customer at a 1:1 level across all touchpoints. This role is accountable for building marketing strategies and supporting campaign execution, all powered by our enhanced technology, real-time data and advanced analytic models. The role will allow you to flex muscles in emerging customer lifecycle marketing strategies, new and innovative marketing technologies, and marketing across several channels. Successful marketers in this role will be able to tie together key marketing and business results, bring several large and complex workstreams into market, work across multiple marketing channels, build powerful relationships across a variety of partners and stakeholders, story tell for business impact, and most importantly, they have the desire to change how we "do marketing" at Capital One.

What We Are Looking For

• Customer-obsessed: Loves diving deep into data to understand customer behavior and motivations.
• Marketing analytics practitioner & problem solver: Uses data and storytelling to influence decisions and deliver actionable recommendations that solve current customer engagement & product marketing opportunities.
• Strategic and detail-driven: Helps shape marketing strategy and initiatives, ensures successful measurement of campaigns by aligning on metrics, reporting on ROI, and measuring results. Also, has an eye for details to ensure GTM plans are successfully executed in a well-managed fashion.

General Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
• At least 2 years of Marketing experience
• At least 1 years of Customer Marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
• 3+ years of Marketing experience
• 2+ years of Customer Marketing experience
• At least 1 year of experience with Marketing technology tools and platforms

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Associate, Marketing

Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Associate, Marketing

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
