WE ARE LOOKING FOR SENIOR APPLIED AI SOFTWARE ENGINEER We are looking for a Senior Applied AI Software Engineer to work at the intersection of Machine Learning and robust Software Engineering. The main task is to build production-ready applications that use modern LLMs and Vision models, adapt them for specific industrial use cases, and help ensure they run efficiently on an edge-to-cloud platform.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (within Finland, Poland, or Estonia)

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML implementation
• Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks such as PyTorch, HuggingFace, and LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Proven experience fine-tuning LLMs or Vision models for niche domains, including approaches such as LoRA or QLoRA
• Strong coding skills in Python and Go
• Ability to build software that brings AI capabilities into production use, not just experimentation
• Solid software engineering mindset with focus on practical implementation and delivery

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop software that integrates modern AI tooling such as Vector DBs, RAG, and agentic frameworks into the ecosystem
• Perform fine-tuning and quantization of open-source models for specific robotics-related use cases
• Work with the Platform team to deploy models on NVIDIA Orin / Jetson or cloud GPUs using TorchServe, ONNX, or TensorRT
• Build infrastructure for collecting, cleaning, and version-controlling data from physical sensors for model retraining
• Help move AI solutions from notebooks into production-ready systems

ROLE FOCUS: This role is centered on building and delivering production-ready AI systems. The work is hands-on and engineering-driven, with a focus on integrating models into real-world applications rather than research or data preparation tasks.
