Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Senior Application Proposal Engineer. As part of the role, you will be responsible for crafting technical proposals and solutions for robotics and automation projects. Your tasks will include collaborating with clients to gather requirements, preparing cost analyses, designing system proposals, conducting feasibility studies, and presenting solutions. You will coordinate between internal engineering teams, vendors, and clients to ensure accurate and innovative solutions. Additionally, you will offer technical insights during client presentations, proposal negotiations, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in proposal creation, cost estimation, and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Experience in systems integrations, PLC programming, and working with control panels.
- Advanced knowledge of robotics and automation technologies, including SPMs, robotic welding, conveyors, and vision-based automation.
- Familiarity with simulation tools, virtual testing techniques, and IIoT, RFID, or Barcode systems.
- Exceptional project management abilities, including planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Strong communication, client management, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or an equivalent field is preferred.
