• Deliver technical application support and training to key customers and field application engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders - including IC design, application engineering, product engineering, test and validation engineering, and project management teams - to develop reference designs, application notes, and product documentation such as datasheets, application notes and evaluation kit manuals.
• Oversee system-level behavioural modelling and simulations to validate design choices and performance targets.
• Collaborate with product test engineers to develop and implement comprehensive testing and validation plans, ensuring PMIC solutions meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct laboratory testing of products and write application engineering test reports.
• Always be updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in power management and thermal management domains.
• Participate in conferences, regional fairs, and trade shows.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering , Power Electronics , or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of hand-on experience in analog circuit design and power converter technologies (DC-DC converters, linear regulators).
• Hand-on experience with PCB design, and familiarity with PCB assembly processes.
• Experience with high current point-of-load converters is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of control systems and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
• Experience with digital communication interface design such as UART, I2C, I3C, and/or SPI is a plus.
