Role Description (Multiple openings)

We are looking for a Senior Application Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, NCR, or Ahmedabad . This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering high-impact simulation solutions and enabling customers to adopt advanced CAE technologies.

Provide technical support for simulation-driven engineering projects

Solve complex engineering problems using simulation and FEA tools

Develop and validate simulation models and workflows

Work closely with clients to deliver tailored engineering solutions

Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations

Support adoption of CAE tools in industry-specific applications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Automobile, or related engineering discipline

3–8 years of experience in structural analysis or simulation-based product development

Strong fundamentals in solid mechanics, strength of materials, dynamics and finite element methods.

Hands-on experience with ANSYS Mechanical or equivalent FEA tools

Basic scripting knowledge (Python, APDL) or automation exposure is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

Knowledge of Software Development principles, including coding and algorithm design

Exposure to advanced topics such as nonlinear analysis, fatigue, composites, or optimization is preferred

Prior experience with simulation tools and CAE solutions is highly advantageous

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

Willingness to travel domestically up to 25–30%.
