ULKASEMI is looking for a Senior Analog Circuit Design Engineer with 8+ years of experience in UCIe PHY and SERDES design on advanced TSMC CMOS nodes (5nm to 2nm). This is a pivotal role in driving our mission to deliver cutting-edge semiconductor IP. You will lead end-to-end design efforts, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with our team in Bangladesh. Quarterly visit to Bangladesh is required to support hands-on collaboration, with the opportunity to transition into a remote leadership role afterward—ideally from within South Asia/South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Collaborate closely with ULKASEMI’s offshore Analog Design Team in Bangladesh.

●     Lead project execution from specification to final GDS.

●     Mentor junior designers and contribute to building technical excellence across the team.

●     Must be willing to visit Bangladesh quarterly to enable close, in-person collaboration, with the option to transition into a remote leadership role from their home country thereafter (preferably within South Asia).

Key Qualifications:

●     8+ years of experience in high-speed analog/mixed-signal design (PHY, SERDES, UCIe, PCIe, etc.).

●     Deep expertise in PLL, equalization, high-speed TX/RX, and clock distribution.

●     Proven experience on advanced TSMC nodes (5nm, 3nm, 2nm preferred).

●     Proficiency with Synopsys tools (Custom Compiler, HSPICE, FineSim, etc.).

●     Previous experience at Synopsys is a strong advantage.

●     Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring engineers.

Relocation & Global Collaboration:

●     Candidates from South Asia or Southeast Asia are preferred.

●     Must be willing to travel to Bangladesh quarterly to collaborate closely with the team, with the intention of transitioning into a remote leadership role thereafter.
