Who you are
Experience as a UI/UX or Digital Product Designer with a strong portfolio of impactful projects — ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS — tackling complex technical challenges
Confidence working with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, UXPin, Framer, and similar) and the understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to support smooth collaboration with Frontend Engineers
A deep appreciation for design thinking and user research, with the ability to turn insights into clear product strategies and intuitive user experiences
Experience designing workflows for Machine Learning and Generative AI, with awareness of accuracy, explainability, bias, human-in-the-loop, and mapping business logic into user flows and pipelines
Skilled at prioritizing and scoping features with an MVP mindset, balancing user value, business needs, and technical feasibility
Comfortable leading client conversations, facilitating workshops, and managing diverse stakeholders, with strong consultative and partnership skills
A background in Design, HCI, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
Fluency in both German and English

As our Senior AI Solution UX Designer (f/m/d), you will contribute to implementing a state-of-the-art user experience and maximize end user productivity to scale up our business according to the company targets
You will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to help them shape a stable production environment
