As our
Senior AI Solutions Engineer (f/m/d)
, you will work with cutting edge technology, implementing innovative AI solutions that transform our customers enterprise landscape.
Moreover, you will closely collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to shape a stable production environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a detailed customer project schedule, facilitate customer evaluations and PoC.
- Architect innovative solutions for our customers and external partners ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Interpret customer business goals and translate them into the clear technical requirements.
- Independently design, deploy, adapt, implement, configure, and customize the solutions for our clients to ensure topnotch customer experience.
- Ensure smooth prompt and fine tuning of Large Language Models.
YOUR PROFILE
Customer-Facing & Solution Delivery Experience
- Expertise leading AI solution delivery or software implementation projects in complex customer or partner environments.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into impactful, scalable AI solutions.
Technical Expertise
- Deep knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Python, Git/GitHub/GitLab, and Docker for collaborative development.
- Experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, PydanticAI, DSPy, LangGraph), and vector/graph data systems (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j).
- Hands-on expertise in building and deploying scalable solutions using FastAPI or Flask, and managing automation with GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions.
Problem Solving & Execution
- Strong understanding of User-Centered Design principles, with the ability to apply them to both front-end and backend system architectures.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.
