Requirements:
- University degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data analytics.
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of AI-based or intelligent automation solutions.
- Solid knowledge of Python, SQL, and concepts of Machine Learning and Process Mining.
- Leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Availability to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand customer business processes to identify opportunities for improvement through AI and automation.
- Design innovative and scalable solutions that integrate machine learning, process mining, and predictive analytics.
- Lead teams in the efficient and high-quality execution of digital transformation projects.
- Translate business requirements into actionable and measurable technical solutions.
- Participate in strategic meetings with clients, supporting pre-sales processes, proposals, and value presentations.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities that strengthen client relationships.
- Ensure quality deliveries, compliance, and high-impact results.
