About the Role

Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

The Opportunity:

• Join a growing Data Science team working with groundbreaking technologies.
• Build data-driven products using machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, speech and audio, and knowledge/data mining.
• Responsibilities include:
  • Driving end-to-end model development lifecycle.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to share ideas and understand business problems.
  • Translating complex problems into well-defined scoped projects.
  • Learning and applying advanced research and approaches.
  • Promoting the adoption of AI throughout the organization.

About You:

• Strong proficiency in Python for production-ready delivery.
• Deep understanding of the GenAI landscape and agentic frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in areas such as NLP, Information Retrieval stacks, and LLMs.
• Experience with the full model lifecycle, including experimentation, training, testing, monitoring, and deployment.
• Good knowledge of AWS’s AI infrastructure.
