• Context management & grounding – Build robust pipelines to feed agents the right context from internal data sources.
• Evaluation & quality monitoring – Implement evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to measure usefulness, accuracy, and robustness of agents in production.
• Infrastructure & orchestration – Set up scalable, reliable infrastructure to run agents at scale.
• Agent observability – Ensure proper logging, tracing, and debugging tools are in place.
• Best practices & safety – Define and enforce best practices for agent behavior, including guardrails, fail-safes, fallback strategies, and auditability.
• Cross-team collaboration – Work hand in hand with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create fluid user experiences powered by AI.

Qualifications 🏆

• 3+ years of experience working in AI, backend engineering, or data-driven product development
• Strong experience in Python
• Solid understanding of GenAI agent architectures, prompt chaining, and context injection
• Experience deploying GenAI features to production with real users — you know what “good” looks like
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks
• Experience designing and implementing evaluation methods from predefined test scenarios to insights from real user interactions to continuously refine and improve agent performance
• Comfort with cloud infrastructure, containers, and CI/CD workflows
• Familiarity with observability tools for LLMs and agents
