As a key member of the AI & Data team, you’ll be focused on building, integrating, and maintaining AI agents that power real user interactions across Sweep’s products. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to bring intelligent, conversational, and context-aware agents to life — with a focus on reliability, performance, and impact.

Qualifications 🏆
- 3+ years of experience working in AI, backend engineering, or data-driven product development
- Strong experience in Python
- Solid understanding of GenAI agent architectures, prompt chaining, and context injection
- Experience deploying GenAI features to production with real users — you know what “good” looks like
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks
- Experience designing and implementing evaluation methods from predefined test scenarios to insights from real user interactions to continuously refine and improve agent performance
- Comfort with cloud infrastructure, containers, and CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with observability tools for LLMs and agents
