🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior AI Engineer – LLM Training & Deployment (6+ Years)

At NeuroDiscovery AI , we’re building healthcare-grade foundation models that power faster clinical trials and real-world evidence in days—not months. Our proprietary NeuroLLM is trained on 5M+ patient records, and we’re now scaling it further.

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who has actually trained and shipped LLMs in production —someone who can own the full lifecycle:

data → training → evaluation → optimization → deployment → monitoring

What you’ll do

• Lead LLM workflows: pre-training, domain-adaptive training, instruction tuning & fine-tuning
• Build scalable data pipelines for high-quality model training
• Design robust evaluation frameworks (quality, safety, hallucination checks, regression)
• Optimize training across GPU clusters (DeepSpeed/FSDP, mixed precision, throughput tuning)
• Own production deployment: inference optimization, scaling, reliability & observability
• Build privacy-first ML systems for healthcare data
• Mentor engineers and shape technical standards

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years in AI/ML with ownership of production ML systems
• Hands-on experience training LLMs (pre-training, continued training, fine-tuning)
• Strong Python & PyTorch
• Distributed training experience (DeepSpeed, FSDP, Accelerate, etc.)
• Proven production deployment experience (Docker, CI/CD, REST/gRPC, monitoring)
• Systems thinker who balances quality × cost × latency × safety
