Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Bole, involves working as a Senior AI Engineer. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven systems with advanced machine learning techniques such as neural networks and natural language processing (NLP). The Senior AI Engineer will play a key role in real-time software reliability workflows, creating cutting-edge solutions in pattern recognition and software development, and collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams to tackle complex challenges in software systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
• Strong foundation in Computer Science with advanced skills in Software Development
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and applications
• Ability to design and implement scalable and efficient AI models
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within engineering teams
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field is preferred
• Experience with software reliability systems or distributed architectures is a plus
