Are you a Senior Engineer that can lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions towards positive impact?

As a senior, you take up a tech lead role on a per-project basis, and lead your more junior colleagues in both the technical and client-facing aspects of a project. Internally, you take a leading role in driving forward the company’s technical capabilities and client offerings.

Your impact:

Build innovative AI systems that solve real-world business challenges. This includes working with traditional ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, as well as pioneering Generative AI systems.
Understands customer business needs and translate them into end-to-end technical solutions (from conception to deployment).
Design and implement end-to-end solutions, from data and software engineering tasks to sophisticated AI components.
Engineer agentic systems and complex workflows using advanced prompt engineering techniques.
Deploy production-ready applications on all major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) to generate business value for our clients.
Responsible for the high-quality delivery of your team’s projects.
Technically guide junior engineers.
Leverage your expertise to help sales qualify and land exciting projects.
Take ownership to lead projects with confidence as a tech lead

Who are you?

3+ years of work experience with Machine Learning and software development
Degree in computer science or related field
Proficient in Python & software development best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch/German are a plus)
Ability to provide expert advice by communicating a structured narrative to non-technical staff and clients
A coaching & knowledge sharing mindset
Worked on one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with MLOps way of working
Took a leading technical role in a team structure
