Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team to build and scale innovative AI-driven products that bring transparency to the home-buying process. You will own the end-to-end design and development of AI-driven features and systems, working alongside a dynamic team focused on quality, usability, and impact.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key AI technology decisions.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven systems and features.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define user stories and ship new features.
• Explore and implement advanced concepts such as multi-agent systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Champion quality and reuse across the product and codebase.
• Participate in architecture and code reviews.

Requirements

You should apply if:

• You have a background in software engineering and are motivated to transition into AI Engineering.
• You are excited about LLMs, AI agents, and agentic architectures.
• You have in-depth experience with full stack or backend Python development.
• You value shipping early and often to get customer feedback.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• You have proven experience delivering large, complex software engineering systems.

It would also be nice if you have:

• Prior experience with LLMs or agentic systems.
• Experience with data science, ML, or NLP.
• Frontend experience.
• Proven expertise in building highly secure, fault-tolerant APIs.
• Experience building high-performance, distributed systems at scale.
• A strong understanding of modern dev practices like 12 Factor, CI/CD, and observability tools.
• Exposure to GraphQL APIs and WebSockets for real-time interactions.
