The Role:

Build & Scale We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to co-lead our AI roadmap. You will work hand-in-hand with our lead AI Engineer, Salah Eddine, in a peer-to-peer partnership with no hierarchy between you.

Your mission is to move beyond POCs and architect robust, production-grade AI systems that protect code at scale.

What You Will Do

• Architect & Industrialize: Lead the transition from AI prototypes to high-performance, production-ready features.
• Co-own the Roadmap: Partner with Salah Eddine to design our AI architecture (RAG, memory, SLMs, and observability).
• Data Strategy: Own synthetic data generation, labeling, and the creation of rigorous evaluation pipelines.
• Engineering Leadership: Act as a technical mentor for the broader engineering team, helping them integrate AI best practices into the core product.

Who You Are

• Production-Grade Experience: You have a proven track record of shipping LLM-powered applications to real users. You understand that "working on my machine" isn't enough.
• Strong Software Foundation: Expert in Python, with the ability to design complex, scalable architectures (Hexagonal, DDD).
• Proactive Builder: You are passionate about testing Small Language Models (SLMs) and optimizing for performance/cost without waiting for top-down direction.
• Collaborative Mindset: You thrive in horizontal structures and value high-level technical brainstorming with peers.

Technical Stack

• Backend: Python 3.12+, Django, PostgreSQL.
• AI: AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LLM Proxy.
• Infrastructure: AWS, dedicated experiment servers for large-scale model testing.
