Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Senior AI Developer who enjoys both designing systems and implementing them in production code. You’ll play a key role in building and shipping enterprise-grade AI products under our SaaS product, a platform designed to automate nuclear workflows to support efficient operations for a sustainable future in the industry. This role sits at the intersection of AI system design, backend engineering, and real-world delivery.

Tech Stack: React, Next.js, Python, Azure, Minio, Weaviate, Ollama, Postgres, Redis

Salary Range: $130–160k (exact compensation may vary).

What You’ll Drive

• Design end-to-end AI system architectures (e.g., Agent-based systems) and implement core components in production code.
• Build, test, and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, including GraphRAG and emerging approaches (e.g. OmniRAG).
• Develop backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that integrate AI models into real workflows.
