Carv is agentic AI for volume hiring. Over the past 20 years, recruitment has undergone a digital transformation. Companies automated workflows to scale hiring and improve the candidate experience. Today, recruitment is entering its next phase: the intelligence transformation. Volume hiring is shifting from rigid automation to intelligent workflows that adapt in real time to each candidate’s needs. For the first time, the candidate can truly be placed at the center of a company’s hiring process without increasing the workload for recruiters. An intelligent recruitment process is always on, fast, and responsive. It never simply rejects a candidate; it guides, supports, and serves them, ensuring they find the job they are looking for. By autonomously handling screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication, Carv removes the administrative burden that dominates high-volume recruiting today. Recruiters regain time to focus on quality, insight, and human connection. Carv is driving this transformation for the world’s largest companies. We don’t just provide the technology; we bring the expertise to help teams successfully adopt it. Because while the possibilities of AI are advancing at rapid speed, human change happens more slowly, and bridging that gap is where Carv delivers the greatest impact.

Carv works with enterprise organizations to redesign how hiring operates at scale using AI. Our customers are not adopting isolated tools. Rather, they are changing workflows, systems, and decision-making across recruiting operations.
As AI Deployment Manager, you will work directly with enterprise customers to design and validate AI-driven solutions in real operating environments and ensure those solutions are successfully deployed. You will operate at the intersection of customer engagement, solution architecture, and internal execution, translating customer reality into clear, actionable requirements to partner with Product and Engineering for execution.
This role is customer-facing, outcome-driven, and requires comfort operating in ambiguity. You will not write production code. You will own the end-to-end deployment process.
Solution Design
Design end-to-end solution architectures that define how Carv integrates into the customer’s operating model.
Clearly articulate what value will be demonstrated during deployment and what is required to scale beyond initial validation.
Make scope and tradeoffs explicit, including:
Existing vs. planned product capabilities
Configuration vs. extension
Non-committable or out-of-scope requirements
Execution & Delivery Ownership
Internal Enablement & Platform Feedback
Produce clear, structured artifacts for Product and Engineering, including:
Problem definitions and user journeys
Functional and non-functional requirements
Integration, data flow, and system constraints
Acceptance criteria and rollout considerations
Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and repeatable deployment patterns.
Feed structured customer insights back into Product to inform roadmap and platform evolution.
Who You Are
You are a senior, customer-facing operator who enjoys working at the intersection of enterprise customers, platform architecture, and internal execution.
You likely have experience as a:
Forward Deployed Engineer
Solutions Architect or Enterprise Architect
Technical Product Manager or Platform Product Lead
Field Engineering or Strategic Implementation lead
Systems, Platform, or Integration specialist in enterprise SaaS
You are comfortable:
Leading technical and operational discovery with enterprise customers
Designing end-to-end system architectures across multiple tools and platforms
Reasoning about APIs, integrations, data models, and system constraints without writing production code
Translating ambiguous customer needs into clear, structured requirements for engineering teams
Owning solution quality and deployment outcomes end-to-end
Making and communicating tradeoffs clearly, including saying “not yet” or “not supported”
You thrive in environments where:
The product is evolving and not everything is fully defined
You are expected to create structure, not just follow it
Customer impact and internal leverage matter more than surface-level polish
Success is measured by real operational outcomes, not slide decks
