About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our sales team. Reporting to the CEO and COO, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and building relationships with executives at hospitals, healthcare systems, and organizations. You’ll leverage an existing book of business while expanding into new accounts, helping organizations unlock the value of our revenue cycle management platform.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives at hospitals, health systems, and large practices to understand their operational and financial challenges.
- Previous experience in
Revenue Cycle Management
with the ability to learn our product, platform and RCM quickly.
- Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution development, presenting, navigating procurement and legal, and closing.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of consultative, enterprise sales experience,
with at least 3+ years selling software into healthcare organizations.
- Proven track record selling to executive-level healthcare providers such as hospitals and multi-site medical practices.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and healthcare financial workflows.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
