About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our sales team. Reporting to the CEO and COO, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and building relationships with executives at hospitals, healthcare systems, and organizations. You’ll leverage an existing book of business while expanding into new accounts, helping organizations unlock the value of our revenue cycle management platform.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with C-level executives at hospitals, health systems, and large practices to understand their operational and financial challenges.
• Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management with the ability to learn our product, platform and RCM quickly.
• Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution development, presenting, navigating procurement and legal, and closing.
• Leverage and expand an existing book of business while targeting new logos.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy and move further upmarket into enterprise healthcare organizations.
• Conduct consultative presentations (onsite and virtual) to educate prospective clients on industry best practices and Youlify’s RCM solutions.
• Represent Youlify at trade shows and industry events (shared coverage with Marketing & leadership).
• Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to support forecasting and ensure customer success.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of consultative, enterprise sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling software into healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record selling to executive-level healthcare providers such as hospitals and multi-site medical practices.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and healthcare financial workflows.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
• Dynamic and engaging presentation skills; able to break down complex concepts into clear, actionable solutions.
• Existing relationships within the healthcare provider market are strongly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working remotely, with willingness to travel for training, reviews, and events.
