Job Description
Wafer-Level Structure & Process Design
- Design and develop wafer-level microchannel structures based on silicon processing, including HF etching and DRIE
- Develop and optimize microfabrication processes for microfluidic channel formation
- Wafer Bonding & Interconnection
- Optimize wafer bonding processes (Si–Si, Si–glass, Si–metal)
- Design fluid port mapping and package-level interconnection structures
Prototyping & Testing
- Fabricate process samples for wafer-level structures and validate fabrication processes
- Conduct liquid cooling performance tests
- Perform system-level reliability testing
Qualifications
Proven experience in silicon-based microchannel fabrication and wafer bonding processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with DRIE and HF-based wet etching for silicon microfabrication
- Practical experience with direct, anodic, and adhesive wafer bonding techniques

웨이퍼 레빌 구조/공정 설계
- 실리콘/HF
·DRIE 기반 미세 유로 가공 공정 개발
- 웨이퍼 본딩(Si-Si, Si-glass, Si-metal) 최적화
- 유체 포트 매핑 및 패키지 레벨 인터커넥션 설계
프로토타이핑 및 시험평가
- 웨이퍼 가공 공정 샘플 제작 및 공정 검증
- 액체냉각 성능 테스트
- 시스템 레벨 신뢰성 테스트

자격요건
실리콘 기반 미세유로 공정 및 웨이퍼 본딩 공정/기술 경험자
우대사항
- DRIE, Wet etching(HF 기반) 등 실리콘 미세유로 가공 공정 경험자
