Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, technically sharp, and security-obsessed engineer to help elevate and protect our systems as we scale. Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and alerts across enterprise systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and remediate security gaps.
• Implement, maintain, and improve security measures, protocols, and tools to protect sensitive data.
• Support and maintain incident response applications and security orchestration/automation tools.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and business teams to ensure security is integrated into projects and operations.
• Assist in the development and enforcement of security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in security audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory assessments.
• Document incidents, investigations, and remediation actions for compliance and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity engineering, or a related technical role.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Security Specialist, CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH); advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to financial services (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, able to present complex data in accessible formats.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over assigned tasks.
