We're revolutionizing the security industry with our intelligent systems, and we are now seeking to expand our team with dedicated professionals as we build our in-house monitoring center.
Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Security Analyst to join our team. This role requires vigilance and a focus to monitor, assess, and respond to security alarms and incidents. A high level of professionalism is expected, alongside excellent communication skills to ensure incidents are appropriately escalated and recorded.
Responsibilities:
• Real-time monitoring and assessment of security alarms and systems.
• Prompt, efficient response to security incidents and alarms.
• Escalation of security incidents to the appropriate personnel based on severity and urgency.
• Documentation of incidents, including maintaining logs and preparing incident reports.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the SOC Manager.
Qualifications:
• Any Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with computer systems and a basic understanding of security systems.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and rotating shifts.
• Able to work with highly confidential information.
• Strong decision making during various situations.
• 0-2 years of experience (in a call center or customer service role) (Prior experience with alarm monitoring or security systems is a significant plus)
