IRIS: AI first audio enhancement for better communications
IRIS is harnessing the science of sound, dramatically improving how people experience audio across all digital platforms. Since launching in 2018, IRIS has developed a suite of patented products that leverage decades of research into the effects of sound on the brain, prioritising focus, productivity, and wellness for all. By harnessing the science of sound, IRIS dramatically improves how people experience audio and communicate.
Our flagship products IRIS Clarity and IRIS SDK use cutting-edge AI-driven voice isolation to eliminate noise from both sides of customer calls, leaving only the conversation and proven to drive agent focus, productivity and customer experience.
Born out of our work in Formula One, IRIS Clarity desktop application addresses a clear need in the CCaaS market, with additional markets now opening up that present significant opportunities across enterprise, notably retail, BPO, digital healthcare, utilities and financial services. Meanwhile, the IRIS SDK packages up our latest and greatest AI noise cancellation models, offering third party CCaaS, UCaaS and other comms platforms a powerful value added feature that solves a key industry problem.

The role:
IRIS is now 8 years old and we continue to grow at pace, bringing our ground breaking voice isolation and audio products to the world.
The SDR Manager / Business Development Lead is a player / manager role initially and will be focused on generating opportunities within specific industries where voice services are key to the customer's business model alongside building a scalable, high performance demand generation function. You will be a hungry, high performing sales professional, who has already been successful in a similar role. You must be from the CX, or B2B SaaS space, and will have sold technology to contact centres to improve their performance and workflows. You will have built / managed an SDR team including hiring, performance management and campaign workflows. You may have learnt your craft in a large company but possess an entrepreneurial edge and want to stamp your name on something meaningful.
This role will suit someone who does not wait to be given opportunities, and has skills in self-generating pipeline through a mix of existing contacts and hard work out in the market. You will be a self-starter and solution minded, a clear communicator who can pitch the big idea, but then follow the qualification process required to evaluate client needs and secure meetings. Ultimately, this is a role for someone who can do the strategy and build, but also gets on with it and executes for their own performance and the performance of the company.
