Required Skills:

• 4-6 years of experience building backend micro-services in a production environment.
• Advanced proficiency in working with managed cloud providers, particularly AWS, and have experience designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications.
• Deep expertise in backend development with the JVM stack, using Java, Kotlin, or other relevant technologies. You are also capable of guiding the team on architectural decisions, optimizing for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, NewRelic, etc.), and the ability to design and implement effective observability strategies for large-scale distributed systems.
• Extensive experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem, and the ability to manage, scale, and troubleshoot complex microservice architectures.
• Expertise in selecting the right data structures, algorithms, and design patterns based on business requirements and system constraints, with a strong emphasis on optimization and efficiency.
• In-depth experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, MySQL, DynamoDB), and designing robust, scalable data storage solutions.
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems like Apache Kafka, and you are capable of designing and implementing event-driven architectures that scale.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, especially in production environments, with a focus on resilience and fault tolerance.
