We are looking for a highly skilled SDE Fullstack Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications supporting our drone ecosystem.

You will own end-to-end development across frontend and backend, architect cloud-native solutions, and lead a team of developers to build robust, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development:

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications using React.js (frontend) and Python/FastAPI (backend)
• Design and build scalable, reusable UI components
• Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs and backend services

System Architecture & Backend:

• Architect high-performance and scalable systems using PostgreSQL and modern backend practices
• Design database schemas, optimize queries, and manage migrations using Alembic
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security

Cloud & DevOps:

• Lead deployment and infrastructure setup on AWS (ECS, EC2, Load Balancer)
• Integrate and manage AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB
• Work with Docker and containerized environments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead technical decision-making and architecture discussions
• Mentor and guide developers, ensuring code quality and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards
• Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams

Required Skills:

Frontend

• Strong expertise in React.js
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with Tailwind CSS / Material UI (MUI)
• Knowledge of state management (Redux / Context API)

Backend

• Strong experience in Python
• Expertise in FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL (performance tuning, indexing)
• Experience with Alembic for database migrations
• Strong understanding of API design and system architecture

Cloud & DevOps

• Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, EC2, ALB, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB)
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture

Leadership & Ownership

• Proven experience leading projects end-to-end
• Experience mentoring or managing developers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to balance technical depth with business requirements

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of system design and scalability patterns
• Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, etc.)
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
